Hania and The Curlz | Booking Policy & Terms

By booking with Hania and The Curlz, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been paid via Instapay.
• The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before your appointment. If payment is not received on time, your appointment may be cancelled and your time slot may be offered to another client.
• You will be contacted via Email to confirm your booking and you will receive the Instapay payment details via WhatsApp. 

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling may or may not be available, depending on availability.
• Deposits are not refundable for rescheduled appointments.

No-Shows

• If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know, you may not be able to book future appointments with Hania and The Curlz.

Arriving Late

• Please arrive on time.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your service may need to be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• If your appointment is rescheduled due to a late arrival, your original deposit will not be refunded and will be kept as a late cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Payment

• The remaining balance is due after your service.

Health Information

• Please let us know about any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your service before your appointment.
• If a scalp condition that prevents us from safely providing the service is found during your appointment (for example, lice), the service may be declined, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

No Guests

• To provide a comfortable experience for everyone, guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

Service Policy

• Refunds are not available once you arrive for your appointment or after a service has been completed.
• Every head of hair is unique, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy

Your personal information is used only for booking, communication, and providing your service. It will never be shared with third parties except when required to process payments or by law.

A curl focused cut performed on either wet or dry hair, depending on your hair, curl pattern, and desired result.

Wet / Dry cut 

A curl focused cut followed by a light curl refresh using leave-in only, then diffused so you can see the shape and final result of your cut.

Wet / Dry cut + refresh

A personalized curl styling session based on your desired look and your hair's needs. Flexi rods and heat styling are not offered.

Styling 

Hairdos vary depending on the desired style and your hair length and density. Please send a photo of your hair and your inspiration when contacted so we can confirm the service and price.

Hairdo

A professional hair treatment using high-quality masks selected according to your hair's needs. Designed to improve the condition and feel of the hair over time, with noticeable results from the first session.

Treatment 

FREE with any other service booked the same day.
A personalized consultation to understand your hair goals and create a plan to achieve them over time.

Consultation 

A thorough wash designed to remove product buildup and prepare your hair for styling or other services.

Hair Wash 

A deeper cleansing session designed to remove product buildup and heavy mineral buildup from water. Especially useful for swimmers and hair exposed to hard water.
