24-Hour Cancellation Policy To respect our artists’ time and ensure fairness to all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your final cost. • You are allowed one reschedule, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking again.
