I require appointments to be booked 24 hours in advance to appointment time. Also deposits must be paid upon booking. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients who reschedule, your deposit will go towards your appointment. You have to have 40% of your lashes for your service to be considered a fill, if you have less than 40% you will be charged for a full set or an additional $10 depending on severity. No-call/No-shows will be blacklisted. Please do not come with makeup on & make sure to have a freshly cleaned face. If you do not abide by this policy you will be charged a $10 inconvenience fee (due to the time & my product it will take to clean/prep your face/lashes) This is based at a private residence. Please do not come early (if you do, wait in your vehicle) I will take appointments & greet you at the door, at appointment time. Late fees ($10) will be applied on your third time being late. This is non-negotiable. I understand life happens but it needs to be communicated. If you’re more than 10 minutes late please contact me to make sure I can still get you in before next appointment (if not we can reschedule). Do not bring guest. I do not have a waiting area. Google maps is the best navigation tool to use for my address. Thank you.
