Policy and Terms
Hair By Chloe requires a deposit to book any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided with no less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. No Shows and less than 48 hour cancellations will result in 100% of the booking needed to be paid before a new appointment can be booked. Late payments fees - These are charged at £10 per day after the requested payment is due. For example if payment is due on Monday 1st but invoice is not paid until Thursday 4th you’ll be charged £30. Prices are based on average hair density. Extra product or time required for exceptionally long or thick hair may incur a £15-£30 supplement. This will always be discussed during your consultation.
