1. Appointment Booking ⢠Booking in Advance: We highly recommend booking your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot. â˘Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is not confirmed until you get a confirmation message or email. ⢠Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 3 days notice for cancellations of your appointment. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other client. ⢠How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made through [preferred method: phone, email, or booking platform]. Please make sure to receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Rescheduling Policy ⢠Reschedule Notice: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 3 days before the original date Late Arrivals ⢠Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or cancel. It may affect other clients time Special Circumstances ⢠Emergencies: If there is an emergency or unforeseen circumstance (e.g., illness), we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or offer another solution, but we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. No Extra Person Policy ⢠Appointment Exclusivity: For the comfort and safety of all clients, only the person receiving the service is allowed in the appointment area. Please do not bring extra individuals with you unless they are also receiving a service. If necessary please contact before coming. â˘Wash & Detangle To ensure a smooth and timely service for all our clients, please review our wash and detangle policy below: Washed Hair Policy: Clients are expected to arrive with clean, product-free. Detangling Policy: Hair must be properly detangled before your appointment. Payment terms We accept payment through CASH only.
