Policy and Terms

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, online booking will be disabled until a 30% fee of the missed service is paid before rebooking. (First attempt will be waived) In the event of a no-show, online booking will be disabled until a 50% fee of the missed service is paid before rebooking.
