All lace must be dropped off up to 5-7 days for customization.

A 15 minute grace period is added on every service
Anything beyond 15 minutes with communication is a late fee of $20.00
No call no show after 15 Minutes is an automatic cancelation. This will require a deposit for future bookings.

Automatic cancelation with communication, no  deposit  or with deposit if you were allowed grace and its passed 30 minutes.
