📋 HairByJames Policies & Terms We want every visit to be smooth, relaxed and stress-free — for both of us. Here’s how we keep things fair and respectful for everyone: ⸻ 💷 Pricing Transparency • All prices shown are starting prices. • Final cost depends on your hair length, thickness, history, and the level of detail required. • You’re welcome to send photos in advance so we can give you a rough estimate before your appointment. ⸻ 📅 Booking & Deposits • A small deposit required to secure your booking. This helps prevent no-shows and ensures your time is reserved. • Deposits are non-refundable ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Life happens — we understand! But please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a fee before booking again. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to make the most of your appointment. • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service depending on the schedule. ⸻ 👩‍🦱 Client Expectations • Please come with clean, dry hair unless agreed otherwise. • We love inspiration pics!
