Cancellation & Late Policy

We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will require 50% of the service total, or you may choose to reschedule and have that amount applied as a credit toward your next appointment.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, a late fee will be added to your service. Excessive lateness will result in a cancellation and/ or reschedule. This policy helps protect the time set aside especially for you and allows us to provide the best experience to every client. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
