Policy and Terms

I understand that things come up, we get sick, kids get sick, emergency’s happen. But I do ask that you reach out and let me know as soon as possible. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. There is a 15 minute grace period from your appointments start time. If you’re not at your appointment after 15 minutes, you will be considered a no call no show, and your card will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. After three no call no shows you will no longer be able to book any further appointments.

Bold, custom color services including vivids, fashion colors, ghost roots, calico, and multi-tone designs. These services typically require pre-lightening (double process), so timing and pricing vary based on your starting hair and desired result. A consultation is recommended for all new vivid clients.
