Policy and Terms for Hair Candy Collection Studio

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a fee of 75% of service fee. No-call or no-show appointments will result in a fee ranging from 100% of service fee, depending on the style booked. Clients will receive a reminder 3 days before their appointment; any necessary changes should be made prior to this reminder to avoid incurring policy fees. All fees must be settled before any future appointments can be booked; failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of future appointments. Payments for fees can be made via Zelle or Cash App. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

My daughter's hair looked great. It matched the picture we referenced perfectly. Total time was also less than expected and my daughter's hair is thick and long.
