Clients of Hair By Lorri At Signature Salon may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice or same day cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $35 payable to Hair by Lorri. By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Hair By Lorri At Signature Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly violates this policy.
