“I arrived on Jaqui's client list as an emergency appointment last year. With a warm welcome she removed the jargon, and presented me with the freedom to be unapologetically myself. She has helped me to navigate my hair to find a style and colour that feels right! I don't think you can ask for more than that. Thank you. ”

“It's always daunting trying a new hairdresser but Jacquie made the experience really good. We had an initial appt to discuss things, then at each session we talk through likes, dislikes, changes.
