• There is a $50 nonrefundable appointment hold deposit. The $50 will go towards your total balance. • Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $25 fee to your service. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and forfeit your deposit. • No shows will forfeit the $50 deposit. • You have one week to let me know if you're not happy with your service and we can schedule a re-do that same week. • Notice of cancellation or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours prior to your existing appointment. • Stylist has the right to refuse service/client. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
