Policy and Terms

If you're a new client scheduling a chemical service (color,highlights,perm), you must schedule a consultation first. Please notify me at least 24 hours before cancelation. Failure to do so is considered a no call no-show, and you will not be able to book until a 30.00 deposit is paid. There is a 15-minute grace period for your appointment arrival time. Anything later will have to be rescheduled for another day/time.
