Late Arrival Policy

To ensure I stay on schedule and provide every client with the time they reserved, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Please note the following grace periods:

* Services under 20 minutes: Appointments cannot be started if you arrive more than 2 minutes late.
* 20–25 minute services: Appointments cannot be started if you arrive more than 5 minutes late.
* 30-minute services or longer: Appointments cannot be started if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

If you arrive beyond the allowed grace period, your appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled. This policy helps me remain on schedule and ensures that every client receives the full service time they booked.

Chelsea always does a great job and is super nice. The haircuts are always consistent unlike other places I have went to. She doesn’t overcharge like other places. The cut and shampoo for $30 is the perfect price. And she makes the cut super fast (20 min-30) for a perfect haircut. 

Chelsea is the only person I’ve found that can cut my son’s hair!! Simply the best!

I took my teen and tween boys in for first time hair cuts with Chelsea.  She did an amazing job and was very personable with the kids.  One of my boys has extra learning needs and Chelsea was very patient with him.  AND their cuts look great...she is very skilled.  We'll certainly be back!!!
