Policy and Terms

Hair-by-Byrd requires a $25 deposit to schedule an appointment. This deposit will go towards your balance but is non-refundable if appointment is canceled for any reason. Once deposit is received you will receive an appointment confirmation. IF DEPOSIT ISN'T RECEIVED WITHIN AN 8 HOUR WINDOW, YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED. Deposits can be sent via ZELLE: 317-205-6166 OR CASH APP: $alteredegosalon. Clients can reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Anytime after a $25 depost will be required to reschedule. As of May 2025 Hair-by-Byrd only accepts cash payments. Please have remainder balance in full at appointment time. Thanks
