Policy and Terms

PLEASE READ. All deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation 24 hours or less and/or no-show. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged. All no-shows will be charged the full service charge. If client is more than 20 minutes late to scheduled appointment this appointment could possibly be terminated at the discretions of the stylist and would still be chargeable to the client. However, if client reschedules their appointment using the link provided in the appropriate time, the deposit will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled booking. Payment can be made through the booking system or by cash on the day.
