Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. All services are provided as described; however, HG Studio reserves the right to modify services or pricing at any time. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. HG Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Clients agree to respect the studio premises and adhere to safety guidelines.
