By booking an appointment at HAIR BOOLE, you agree to the following terms: No children or extra people allowed. A $35 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service by card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Appointments that are 15 minutes late will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited, requiring rescheduling for another day. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
