This will be our cancellation policy as of June 5, 2024 

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. To ensure our business runs efficiently and our groomers are fairly compensated we have this cancellation policy in place. 

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour notice we have the right to charge 50 % of your grooming services. If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice we have the right to charge 100 % of your grooming services. 
If you are 30 minutes late to your grooming appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment. Please make accommodation with us if your dog is going to be dropped off more than 30 minutes before your appointment or staying later than 30 min after they are done. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kirsten does such a great job with my little dog Sami. She takes such time and care . My anxious dog doesn’t even mind getting groomed. Beautiful cut every time.

I had the pleasure of using their services for the first time yesterday. I have used groomers for the last 10 years and they are by far the best ones I have ever used. They treated my pups as if they we their own and my pups left very happy and calm. They did an excellent job on grooming  my two schnauzers and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering using their services. 

They took the time to make sure my babies were comfortable before I left which is wonderful! My dogs were happy when we picked them up, so we will definitely be back!
