Please Select an initial Package option that best suits your needs on the date you’d like your stay to begin. We allow a maximum stay of 14 nights. To book Select the initial Package that best suits your needs of a 1, 2- or 3-night package. Select the date and time for 4pm check-in. Check-in is 4pm no matter what time you select on the scheduler. Check-out is at 10am the next day. You may always request early check-in or late check-out, as long as the cleaning crew is done early then early check-in will be allowed and if no one is immediately booked after your stay then a late check out may be approved. If you need additional nights, please also select the best option for the number of additional nights you need. For a 1, 2 or 3 Night stay you need only to select the appropriate package. Booking Example for over 3 Nights: for a 6-night stay select the "3 Night Package" as well as the "Add 3 Extra Nights" option. Upon Submitting a Booking Request you may see the remaining days on your booking don’t immediately block off. Our manager will manually block those off upon reviewing the booking request for completion. We know this booking software isn't the best for short term rentals but in order to give better direct rates than what you would pay on a major platform like AirBnB and VRBO we opted for this software. Again, the manager will be happy to handle the booking for you if you simply wish to pick out available dates and reach out. The Calendar is live so if you refresh the screen and the dates you're looking at are still available than sending the manager your request will ensure you get a first come first serve reservation.
Policy and Terms
The booking & cancellation policy is as follows: Your Package includes fees for nights requested per package selection, the cleaning fee and the deposit fee. The $500 deposit is fully refundable within 48hrs of checkout as long as there is no damage documented or excess cleaning required. The only additional fees will be the card processing fee the platform adds to the transaction at checkout. This is a fee of 3.5% +$0.30 added to the total. Bookings can be rescheduled once without penalty. Rescheduling within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the refundable deposit. Bookings can be modified by the manager to add dates at any time as long as the dates are available. Booking modifications requesting to reduce the length of stay will be considered a cancelation of the requested dates and will follow the cancelation policy. Cancelation policy: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund up until 7 days prior to check-in. Outside of the 24 hour window: Cancel within 30 days of check-in and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 14 days of check-in is non-refundable. Multiple/excessive bookings and cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit for bookings and cancellations made over 30 days prior to check-in and not cancelled within 24 hours of booking. This may also result in denial of any future booking requests. Refundable $500 Deposit will return to the available balance in your account based on the processing time of your financial institution. In the event that all or a portion of your deposit needs to be withheld for damages or excess cleaning fees an itemized list with accompanying documentation will be provided. Rules and Terms of Booking By booking you understand and accept the terms listed herein. Parties are not Authorized and may result from expulsion from the home and termination of your stay prior to originally scheduled check-out time and forfeiture of all payments and deposits. The Cleaning fee is for general clean up and turnover of the property. This includes wipe down and sanitation of all surfaces, cleaning of all common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundering of all linens, bedding and towels. Expected guest etiquette is to gather and properly dispose of all trash. pull linens from beds that were used and at least soak the dishes or load them in the dishwasher. We simply expect guests to respect the home. If it looks like a frat party happened and no one attempted to clean anything, this will be considered in excess of what the cleaning fee covers and will be reduced from the deposit.
