Policy and Terms

Strands of Grace, LLC (“Company”) provides services subject to these terms. Clients may reschedule appointments up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Certain services require a consultation before booking. Services under one hour include a 15-minute grace period; arrival beyond this may result in cancellation. Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may incur a late or cancellation fee of $10 per 30 minutes, which may be credited toward future services at the Company’s discretion. Either party may decline or terminate services at any time for any reason. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from cancellations, rescheduling, or termination of services. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and all applicable Company policies.

Efficient, can be “lived-in”, low maintenance cut on wet or dry hair. Dry hair must be washed and air dried or washed and straightened prior to start of service.
