💜Graceful Gifts Policies & Terms💜 Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee. Late Arrivals A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or a 50% late fee. Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. All services are non-refundable. Pricing & Services Prices and services are subject to change at any time. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to ensure the best results and retention. Booking Requirements A valid card on file is required to book ALL appointments. Appointments without a card on file will not be accepted. No-Shows Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Future bookings may be denied after a no-show. Lash Appointment Prep (Important) * Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup) * Do not curl lashes the day of your appointment * If you wear contacts, please bring glasses * Please come with at least 40% of lashes remaining for fills (otherwise booked as full set) Nail Appointment Prep (New) * Please arrive with bare nails unless a removal is booked * Existing product from another artist may require a removal fee * Gel X fills are limited (after 2 fills, a new set is required) * Nail art may require additional time + cost Photos & Content 📸 Photos/videos may be taken before, during, and after your service for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify me before your appointment begins. By booking an appointment with Graceful Gifts, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
