Policy and Terms

💜Graceful Gifts Policies & Terms💜 Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty. Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee. Late Arrivals A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or a 50% late fee. Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. All services are non-refundable. Pricing & Services Prices and services are subject to change at any time. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions to ensure the best results and retention. By booking an appointment with Graceful Gifts, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Maintenance service for Gel-X extensions 2–3 weeks after your full set. This service includes nail prep, cuticle care, rebalance of the grown-out area, reshaping, Graceful Glow Scrub, and fresh gel polish to keep your set looking clean and beautiful. ✨ Enhance your appointment with a Mini Glow Pedi, nail art, or a glow scrub for the full self-care experience.

Gel X Fill 2 (Final Maintenance)

This is the second and final fill for your Gel-X set before a new full set is required. Includes nail prep, cuticle care, structure rebalance, reshaping, Graceful Glow Scrub, and fresh gel polish to refresh your set while maintaining the health of your natural nails. For the health and structure of your nails, Gel-X sets can be filled a maximum of two times before a new full set is required. ✨ Enhance your appointment with a Mini Glow Pedi, nail art, or a glow scrub for the full self-care experience.

Please book this if you have any broken or damaged nails prior to your appointment. Within 72 hours a broken or lifted nail will be free anything after will be charged 💜 After 72 hours nail fix price break down: 1-2—$5 each 3-4—$7 each 5+—New set
