We kindly ask that you allow a 20-minute window before or after your scheduled appointment time. While every effort is made to arrive on time, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. If the roads are clear, we may also arrive a little earlier than expected. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any additional charge. A 50% deposit is required for appointments booked online. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the deposit will be non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment.
