✨ BOOKING & SALON POLICIES ✨ Thank you for choosing me for your nails 🤍 Please review before booking: — 📌 BOOKING POLICY • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment • Deposits go toward your total service • Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is received • Please select the correct nail art tier when booking • If unsure, send inspo pics prior to your appointment — ⏰ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING • 24+ hours notice: deposit can be transferred to a new date • Less than 24 hours: deposit is forfeited • Same-day cancellations: up to 100% of the service may be charged • No-shows will require full payment before rebooking — ⏳ LATE POLICY • 10-minute grace period • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled • Full service cost still applies — 💅 7 DAY NAIL FIX GUARANTEE • If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage within 7 days, I will fix it free of charge • Must notify me within the 7-day window and provide a photo • Fixes must be booked within that timeframe Please note: • Does not apply to damage caused by impact, picking, or improper care • Length changes, design changes, or full replacements are not included — 💅 APPOINTMENT PREP • Please arrive with bare nails (no product) unless removal is booked • Extra length, repairs, or design changes must be communicated in advance • Guests are not permitted unless approved — 💳 PAYMENT • All card types accepted, but Cash or e-transfer preferred • Remaining balance due at end of appointment — ✨ By booking, you agree to these policies Thank you for respecting my time & business 🤍 I can’t wait to have you in my chair 💅
