Please read the policy thoroughly before booking your appointment. 1. BOOKING DEPOSIT No Deposit = No Appointment. All appointments require a non-refundable $15 deposit to secure your spot as other clients are turned away to hold your spot. Your deposit will be applied toward the service. Deposits are payable by eTransfer to grabberzbyerin@outlook.com or can be paid directly at the time of booking using my website. (Deposits paid through the website will incur a platform fee of $0.83) 2. TARDINESS I understand that sometimes being late is out of your control. I will allow a 15 minute grace period, WITH notice, without any late-fees applied. I promise to do my best to accommodate and perform the most complete service with the time remaining. However, each service will be finished within the allotted time to accommodate the next reservation. Anyone arriving between 15-20 minutes late without proper notice, will incur a $10 late-fee. After 30 minutes, with or without notice, you will be advised of your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will not be returned. 3. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS A minimum 24-hour notice period is required for any changes or cancellations to your reservation. If notice is given within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to submit a new deposit to rebook. Please be advised that deposits ARE transferable when rescheduling within the proper notice period, but are non-refundable. 4. AGE REQUIREMENTS I will not service anyone under the age of 15. Anyone between the ages of 15-17 MUST be accompanied by an adult and proof of age and parental consent will be required prior to booking. Please note that extensions longer than short length will be declined for this age range. 5. CELL PHONES, PETS & ADDITIONAL GUESTS Please refrain from using your cell phone during your appointment. Should you need to make a phone call, please try to bring headphones to keep your hands free. There are no pets allowed in my suite during your appointment. You may bring 1 additional guest. However there will be NO children under the age of 10 allowed for liability reasons. 6. NAIL HEATH & ILLNESSES Please be sure to advise me if you have any open wounds/sores on your fingers (i.e., broken or thin nails, nail biting, skin picking, etc). Please do not book an appointment if you are sick. Should you fall ill after your appointment has been made, please contact me immediately to reschedule for another date and time. Your deposit will be transferred to your new rescheduled date. 7. NAIL FIX POLICY I am pleased to offer a Nail Fix Guarantee as I am committed to providing high quality service to all my clients. I understand that certain factors may cause incidents with your nail care services. If you encounter any problems—such as peeling, lifting, chipping, or fading— please contact me and I will take care of your nail repair at no additional charge. Some fixes might be subject to a reasonable repair pricing. My Nail Fix Policy is subject to the following: For Acrylic, Hard Gel and Gel Polish services, I offer a 7-day guarantee period, in which if you experience any issue mentioned above, you are welcome to book a repair appointment to get a repair done at no additional charge. *Maximum 3 damaged nails* If there is ever a case you experience any issue with your nail service, please reach out as soon as possible by emailing to discuss this further. 8. FOREIGN SETS Please note I will not fill or add to any extensions or gel polish not originally applied by me. You will need to arrive with bare nails. Should you be unable to remove your extensions prior to your appointment, I do offer Removal services. Removal services are subject to additional time and applicable fees to provide these services. 8. ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES Accepted payment methods are Cash, E-transfer, Debit, and Credit. Please note that Debit and Credit transactions will incur a mandatory processing fee. 9. REFUND POLICY GrabberzByErin is unable to provide refunds or exchanges on products or services rendered as all sales are final. Thank you for understanding.
