A minimum deposit of R250 is required to secure your booking. No deposit no appointment. Please note that your booking will automatically be declined after 10hrs if theres no booking deposit and you have to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable in case of last minute cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided (not by text), your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Sometimes I get busy and don't have time during services to attend to my phone or read texts therefore, if it's urgent please call using a normal call to avoid disappointments. Business communication is strictly open from 7am to 7pm. No later than that. If you book for more than 1 service and you decided not to do another, you will be charged even if you end up not getting the service. I do not fix or work over other nail tech's work. If you did not do your nails from me please include soak off on your list to allocate extra time for soaking. I do not fix 2 weeks old nails. I do not do filing off grown nails. If your nails, being your toenails or fingernails are long it simply requires a set or refill. Strictly no refill on pedicure. Alternatively, you may book an appointment for a new set. No refill on 4wks old nails. There is an extra charge for nail repair if your nail is broken or replacing the nail. I do not take walk-ins and after hours appointments. Same day online bookings may be declined due to day plan changes. I ONLY take immediate transfers. I send out reminders a day before your appointment. Please make sure you communicate if theres any changes to avoid disappointments. Due to limited space at the salon, no entourage or tag alongs allowed. Unless you all have appointments scheduled. Unfortunately I cannot allow Laptops, Food, and smoke breaks. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in terminating my services and blocked for future bookings. I take about 2hr on a regular set. Make certain you have decided on the design and extras when you book your appointment. No last minutes changes as it is likely to be interfering with the next client's time and the rest of the day's schedule. It is advisable to send a picture of your desired design when you book(picture column available in the app) so that I can be prepared and get proper products for that design. Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minutes grace period. Later than that is a cancellation and you forfeit your booking fee. I do understand that unforeseen events may happen and it is only fair that you communicate so that we can work out a plan. Late night or after hours communication do not count as business or urgent communication. Appointments from 6 -7 a.m. are also welcomed for an extra charge R100 by arrangement. *NO BABIES AND TODDLERS ALLOWED* Thank you for your understanding and continuous support.
