UPDATED 2025 - PLEASE READ IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICIES. If you do not agree with any of these policies, please do not continue with your booking. If you have accepted these policies and then try to argue with me when I enforce them, you will no longer be accepted as a client, please understand I am a human being who is running this business on my own, I have bills just like everybody else. The following policies will be enforced to everyone, friends, family, regulars and new clients. Please remember that clients have been denied appointments because the slot belongs to you, cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on the business. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show, this is for any situation. Deposits are none transferable If you have given less than 48 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours your deposit is non refundable and a £10 cancellation fee for each hour you have booked will be requested, for example: a 2 hour appointment will be a £20 cancellation fee. This is does not include the deposit, the total amount paid is £30 for a 2 hour cancellation. The total amount paid for a 3 hour appointment cancellation is £40. If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, you will not be charged any cancellation fees however your deposit is none refundable, If you would like to reschedule with more than 48 hours notice your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled an and cancellation fee will be requested please contact me if you are running late. If you arrive with any infection your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be requested. If any payments are not paid you will not be given another appointment. Emergency Cancellations: For cancellations due to a genuine emergency (e.g., serious medical issue, family emergencies) I will allow the appointment to be cancelled with no cancellation fee If proof of the emergency can be provided. If proof cannot be provided, cancellation fees will be requested, please message me about this as emergency situations can be upsetting and I am happy to discuss this with you. Deposits still remain none refundable. If you state you are happy with the service provided and leave the salon you are not entitled to any refunds, If there is something you are unhappy with please inform me. Please arrive alone to appointments, If you have any questions about this please message me privately. Please arrive with clean hands and nails for your nail appointment. Please arrive with no Make-Up on for your Make-Up appointment. Consent/consultation form must be complete before the appointment. Please stay at still as possible during your appointments whether it’s nails or makeup, the more still and relaxed you are the better your treatment will turn out, if you do not stay still during your appointment there is a risk of cuts on your skin and low quality nails/makeup. Any rudeness/disrespect to any staff members is not tolerated and you will be asked to leave and will not be given another appointment, this includes messages, phone calls and social media. If there is a person you are not comfortable around who attends the building do not hesitate to inform me so I can keep your appointments separate to make sure you and the other person do not cross paths. This information is confidential and will not be shared with any other person, you also do not need to explain yourself to me, no questions will be asked. If you have completed the consultation/consent form stating you have no allergies, the service provider is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions. Please follow the correct aftercare advice. No kids allowed as it is not a safe environment for children. I will not service a child under the age of 14, this is for safety reasons.
