Policy and Terms

1. Deposit Requirement: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. This amount will be credited toward your total service fee on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your $25 deposit will be held as a credit for your next booking, which has to be booked in the same 24hr time period. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show your appointment, the $25 deposit will be retained by the salon to cover the lost time. Late arrivals may result in a modified service or require rescheduling.
