1. **Appointments:** Confirm 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be canceled unless we’ve communicated. If we’ve communicated there will still be an up charge of $10 2. **Cancellations:** Require 24 hours' notice. 3. **Payment:** Accept cash app $theg05 , Zelle and cash. Deposits required for all services. Appointment not confirmed until deposit is received. 4. **Hygiene:** when you arrive please go wash hands throughly. 5. **Satisfaction:** Report any issues before leaving. Free repairs within 48 hours. 6. **Conduct:** Respectful behavior expected. No children under 6 allowed while being serviced 7. **Liability:** Not responsible for lost or damaged items. 8. Fill ins over 2weeks are an additional $15.
