Otherwise, the deposit may be non-refundable. • We allow one reschedule per booking subject to availability. • Please ensure access to the property is available at the agreed arrival time. • Prices may vary depending on the condition and size of the property. • Any additional tasks requested on the day may result in extra charges. • Light oven and fridge cleaning included in VIP cleans are not deep cleans. • Gold Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to refuse or stop services in unsafe or inappropriate conditions. • By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
