Welcome to Luna’s Nail Studio! My goal is to provide every client with a relaxing, professional, and worry-free experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for everyone, I kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: Client Booking Policy: • Regular Hours Deposit: A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost. • Emergency 🚨 / late appointments 🌙 : If your appointment is scheduled before 9 am or after 9 PM, a $30 deposit is required. Please note, this deposit does not go toward your service cost. Appointments & Scheduling: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. This allows me to stay on track and provide you with the best service possible. If you’re running late, please notify me as soon as possible. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, I will not be able to rebook you in the future, and your profile will be blocked from further scheduling. No Kids or Pets Policy: To maintain a safe and calm environment, I ask that you do not bring children or pets unless your child is receiving a service. This policy ensures everyone in the space can relax without distractions. Respectful Atmosphere: Please keep noise to a respectful level during your visit. There are other professionals in the building providing services, and a calm environment is important for everyone. Tipping & Donations: Tipping is not required but always appreciated. If you’d like to support the growth of my studio, I’m also accepting donations to help with improvements and expansion. Thank you for any contributions! Cancellation Policy: I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid inconveniencing others. Creating a Positive Space: This studio is my dream, and I’m here to help you feel pampered, confident, and cared for.
