Thank You For Booking and/or Considering Glowing Vibez ❤️ PLEASE READ Policy below BEFORE BOOKING!!! - A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book. Remaining balance will be due at time of service. Remaining balances can be paid via Cash, Apple Pay, or Debit/Credit Card, including tap. All card transactions are charged a processing fee of 3.5%+ $0.30 which does Not go towards services. Avoid fee only by paying with cash or Apple Pay via iMessage. - If you must reschedule, the deposit can go towards the rescheduled appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made after that time frame forfeits the deposit. To cancel or reschedule, refer to the booking confirmation email. - When booking early appointments (appointments at 9am and before) add the EARLY BIRD service when booking. If you neglect to do so, the $25 fee will still be added to your remaining balance. - Faces should be clean with NO product during arrival. Brows should be groomed for best results. A fee of $5 will be added to your total if brows require excessive clean up. - For best results, please reduce cell phone usage, including texting and scrolling. - Please do not bring extra guests who are not being serviced! - You will receive the address a day before the appointment. - For house calls and travel, please contact me BEFORE booking. There is a setup fee starting at $25 for individual appointments. Travel fee depends on location. - Please contact me for Wedding and Bridal inquiries. Consultations are available. - PLEASE BE ON TIME! And notify me if you are running late. If you are 10 minutes late, $15 will be added to your total. After 10 minutes, without contact, your appointment can and may be canceled, depending on schedule. - Same day appointments/ squeeze ins, and after hour appointments are $25 extra.
