By booking an appointment with Glowbysam Esthetics, clients agree to the following terms: Each appointment will be required to have a deposit via my booking site, which is credited towards your services and also non-refundable! There is a 10 min grace period anything after 10 minutes will be considered late. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit. If late more than 3 times I will no longer let you schedule with me. Any appointment cancelled 48 hours or less before your appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation charge. No show will be charged 100% for the service and banned from booking Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. Glowbysam Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical information or allergies that may affect their treatment.
