Thank you for booking with Anastasia at Glow Up Spa! 🌸 Address: 2500 Hollywood Blvd, Suite 110, Hollywood, FL. We are located on the FIRST floor. Parking: Convenient parking is available in the open lot behind the building, marked with the sign “2500.” By booking an appointment, you confirm your agreement to the following policies: Appointment & Cancellation Policy: • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • One late cancellation or missed appointment is forgiven as a courtesy. After that, a $50 Zelle deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. • For no-shows or late cancellations, any session from a package or voucher will be considered used and marked as redeemed. The $50 Zelle deposit rule also applies for future appointments. • Please let me know if you’re sick (flu, fever, coughing, sneezing) or have any eye irritation/infection. Do not come in while unwell — I’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment with no problem.
