Policy and Terms
Please confirm your appointment when prompted. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows are subject to a $45 convenience fee, which must be paid prior to rebooking. This fee does not apply toward any future service and covers the missed appointment only. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future services.
