Policy and Terms
Privacy & Safety Policy At Glow-Parties, your experience and our team's safety are our top priorities. To maintain the highest level of service and ensure your setup is executed flawlessly, please review the following guide. Room Must Be Vacant: All clients, guests, and occupants must vacate the hotel room before our team arrives and remain out of the room for the entire duration of the setup. No Entry During Setup: Once setup has begun, no one is permitted to enter the room until our team has completed the décor. • Strict Enforcement: Please note that any presence in the room during setup will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. This policy is respectfully enforced and strictly upheld to guarantee a seamless, secure, and luxurious design experience for every client. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please contact us immediately to work on your cancellation or reschedule in the best way possible. We understand that life happens and you aren't always able to follow through with plans, we will always work with our clients to be fair and come up with the best solution(without a refund). Rescheduling: You may reschedule your reservation one time without penalty. • While deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred to a new date as long as it is selected within 30 days of the original cancellation. If no new date is confirmed within this 30 day window, your booking will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. •If You Cancel Within 48 Hours of Your Reservation: You may transfer your deposit to a new date, provided your new reservation is rebooked within 30 days of the original reservation date. •If You Cancel Within 24 Hours of Your Reservation: Your deposit and any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new deposit will be required to book another reservation Last-Minute Rescheduling (Less Than 24 Hours' Notice): Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $100 rebooking fee New dates are subject to our availability. We truly value your business and aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our team can deliver the exceptional experience you expect. Late Policy: If we arrive for decoration at the designated time and the room is NOT ready or you don't inform at front desk to give us access to the room a rescheduling fee will be charged. I give a 20-minute grace period, more the 20 minutes you will be charged a $50 late fee. If the wait takes more than 30 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled. After canceling the appointment, we will also do our best to reschedule for the new time, but we cannot guarantee it. Rescheduling fee of $75. Booking: - A 60% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your reservation date and secure your booking. - The remaining 40% payment has to be done 24 hours before the appointment. - We are available to work in Airbnb, Hotels, and Homes. - Our recommendation is to book within 2 weeks in advance. Last Minute Booking: -Last-minute bookings are considered bookings with less than a week. There are welcome too but, they have an extra fee of $50. - We don't allow same-day bookings. It is required a full payment is required for last-minute bookings. - Last-minute bookings are nonrefundable. Refunds: - There are NO REFUNDS. We assure you that every effort in decorating for your event will be made the best your event. It is to our highest standard to provide excellent services! Clean Space: - Liability & Client Responsibilities By booking with Glow Parties, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Cleanup Responsibility Glow Parties is not responsible for cleaning or damages following your departure. Cleanup is the client's responsibility, unless the next-day cleanup service has been added for an additional $100. Please note that hotels may impose additional fees if the room is left in disarray. To avoid these charges, we recommend removing all décor items before checkout. Glow Parties is not liable for any hotel-imposed fees. Clean Space Requirements To ensure a smooth, sanitary, and efficient setup experience, we kindly ask that the hotel room be prepared before our arrival: Make the bed and clear all personal items from visible areas. Store belongings in the bathroom, closet, or a designated area to provide our team with a clean and unobstructed workspace. Personal items such as underwear, condoms, sanitary products, or similar items must be properly stored and out of sight. If needed, we strongly recommend arranging for housekeeping to service the room before our arrival. Please note: If the room does not meet cleanliness standards upon our arrival, your booking may be cancelled without refund. Liability Disclaimer Glow Parties is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, delays, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during your booking or hotel stay. Airbnb Bookings Service & Access Requirements: •Properties must offer self-check-in or keyless entry access — this is a requirement for service. •To support a smooth and timely setup, we kindly ask that you submit the full property address and access details (including any entry codes) by 9:00AM on the day of your scheduled décor. Scheduling & Access Policy: •Please ensure your availability aligns with your designated décor timeframe. •Depending on your selected package, setup typically requires 1.5 to 4 hours. Our team will remain in communication with you and provide progress updates. Hotel Bookings Key Access Options Check-In Required: • Clients must be fully checked into their hotel room before our arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to check in on your behalf. Room Access Methods: You may choose one of the following ways to grant our team access to your room; • Meet Us in the Lobby: Coordinate with us to meet at your scheduled setup time. You can personally hand over a room key in the lobby. • Add Us to Your Reservation: You may request your hotel's front desk to add one of our decorators to your reservation. Once setup is complete: The room key will be left inside the room as agreed. Setup Duration & Scheduling To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following scheduling guidelines: • Timeframe Alignment: Please ensure your availability aligns with your confirmed décor timeframe. This allows our team to begin and complete your setup on schedule. • Setup Time Estimate: Setup typically takes 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on the package and custom elements selected • Ongoing Communication: Our team will stay in touch throughout the process and provide an update. FAQ: Client Has to Be Present During the Process? • NO. Clients are not allowed around during the decoration process. What If I Need To Reschedule? •To reschedule your appointment you must let us know at least 1 week in advance. An order that is rescheduled with less than 1 week's notice order that has an extra fee of $100.00. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. How will you access the room? • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to the room, and We CAN NOT check in for you. However, you can choose any of these methods for us to gain access to your room; 1. Tell the hotel that we are going to be coming and add us to the reservation. (The key will be left in the room after setup is finished.) 2. Meet you at your setup time in the lobby and you provide us with a key. 3. Share digital key: if you are staying in a hotel that provides digital keys. 4-You can provide us with the lock code if staying in an Airbnb.
