At Glow D Soleil, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a luxury, personalized experience. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Glow D Soleil. A $25 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service when completed. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • The 24-Hour Rule: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your booking deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling: You are permitted one reschedule within 30 days of your original date; beyond that, a new deposit will be required. To ensure the quality of our session, clients arriving late may receive a shortened service or may need to be rescheduled by artist. All personal and booking information is kept private and used solely for appointment and payment processing purposes. We look forward to welcoming you and creating your custom Glow D Soleil Spray Tan.
