She was really friendly and really down to earth, which made chatting throughout my appointment so easy and enjoyable. She was so attentive and kept checking that I was happy with everything, from the shade and shape to the thickness of my French, and I really appreciated how much she cared about getting them exactly how I wanted them. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous too, so aesthetically pleasing✨x”

“First time appointment and it was brilliant. Interiors were gorgeous, felt and looked clean too! Music was great, it wasn’t the standard radio music which drives you mad. Gen was fantastic, her prep was 10/10 and it was a nice natural conversation too, she kept checking if I was happy with how things I going which I appreciated too as sometimes it is hard to speak up. (Not that there was anything wrong. Already pencilled mg next appointment in! Thanks so much x”
