Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. • Late fees apply if you’re more than 10 mins late. 10 mins late - €5 Extra 15 mins late - APP Cancelled •Make sure the correct amount of money is brought as change is not always guaranteed. •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. •Within 5 days after the appointment, I can fix any problems that may occur with your nails. After this there will be a charge of €2pn. •Refills are €5 cheaper than original set if it’s the same design, no refills after 3.5 weeks. •No refunds. •No extra guests unless agreed upon beforehand. •No shows will not get another APP unless a €10 fine is paid in the next APP on top of full price of the nails set. •Final payment are CASH only or via payment link in booking link. •All APPS must be confirmed 24-48hrs before the APP date in order to receive the address.
