A contract will be sent to your email after booking. Booking is NOT complete until the contract is signed and a deposit is sent. **Cancellation Policy** At GLO Artistry, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and continue to provide high-quality services, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the client's reserved date, or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount agreed upon in the contract. Upon payment of the cancellation fee, client will have no further liability to artist hereunder. If makeup artist cancels at any time or is unable to perform his/her duties for any reason, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded by check within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to GLO Artistry and Yanira & Co. and any and all of its owners, employees, and agents. - **Late Cancellations/No Shows**: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, or in the case of a no-show, a **50% fee** of the total service cost will be charged. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 20 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. Contract will state the times late fees will begin and the amount charged and will be initialed and approved by client. - **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
