Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation 2 hours before your service, arriving more than 10 minutes late or not showing up for your appointment without prior notice. However, if you reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled reservation. Again, if you do not notify a cancellation or delay of more than 10 minutes, your deposit will NOT be applied to your total. If you want to book without deposit charges, you must personally go to the nail salon to schedule an appointment.
