AGREEMENT by booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have to READ , understand, and agree to these POLICIES and TERMS ~ Booking & appointment - Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. ~ Cancellation or rescheduling - Cancellation made less than 48 or 24 hours notice “no show” will be a fee deposit. ~ Late policy - Client that arrives more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled depending on schedule availability. No show or a late arrival cause cancellation. ~ Service policy - Please come with clean hair ( products etc) as discussed during booking. ~ health & safety - Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell, have contagious conditions, or show symptoms of illness - Children and guests are not permitted at appointment unless previously approved or discussed ~ payment - accepted forms of payment ( cash app or cash) ~ photos & content - with your consent I may take photos or videos ( you could hide your face) of your hair or makeup for promotional purposes - if you do not wish it’s fine to say no to be photographed please let me know before appointment
