Policy and Terms

Booking and payment : - Book appointments 12 hours prior (no walk-ins or same-day appointments) - 50% deposit required to secure slot within 24 hours after booking (confirm banking details on our WhatsApp catalogue) - Send proof of payment on WhatsApp with the Screenshot of your booking. - Deposit is non-refundable if unable to attend - No refunds, no reschedules Punctuality - R50 fee for being more than 15 minutes late - Appointment cancelled if 30 minutes late Preparation Requirements: - Natural hair braided with flat cornrows - Wig must be washed with no glue on the lace - Weave must be plucked/fully customized Additional Fees: - R50 fee for slots before working hours - House calls from R400 (minimum 4 clients, transport paid by client) Let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification!
