I am a gel based nail artist — I DO NOT offer acrylic services at all. A $10 non-refundable deposit for new clients must be made in order for booking to be confirmed and accepted. A liability waiver must be completed and signed upon booking. Address will be provided 12-24hrs prior to your appointment date/time. LATE POLICY: There is a strict 5 minute grace period for unexpected delays. Arriving any time between 6-10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee, along with a nail art downgrade or complete forfeiture. Arriving *ANY* time after the 10 minute period (example: 10am appointment time - 10:11am or later arrival time) will result in appointment cancellation + 100% of scheduled service costs charged to the card on file or Venmo. This balance MUST be paid before re-booking - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please respect my time. Repeat offenders will be removed as a client and blocked from booking. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: If the client cancels within less than 24 hours of their appointment, the card on file* will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service costs due to wages lost and the inability to fill the appointment slot. The deposit will also be forfeit. To re-book, the charge must go through and a $20 deposit must be paid for 2 consecutive appts. If the client NO SHOWS or cancels within 12hrs or less of their appointment (especially with zero communication), The card on file* will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service cost due to wages lost and the inability to fill the appointment slot. The deposit will also be forfeit. To re-book, the charge must go through and a $20 deposit must be paid for 2 consecutive appts. * If there is no card on file or the card on file declines, future booking will be paused until the balance owed has been paid. *I DO NOT OFFER SERVICES FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE* No extra guests during appointments, including children. By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to all of the policies and terms listed above.
