Policy and Terms

Glam By Tam requires a patch test for all first-time clients to ensure safety, by testing for allergic reactions to products before use. It involves applying a small amount of the product to the skin, usually behind the ear or inside the elbow, and monitoring for any reactions like swelling, burning, or itching. This helps prevent severe reactions during a full treatment. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A 50% deposit is required when booking and payment can be made via bank transfer TAMMY HETARAKA 01-0288-0458925-01 Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or cancellation fee.
