- My full address will not be given until a booking has been made for privacy reasons due to it being my home address. Please message me for this if I havent already given it ready. - A non refundable deposit of £10 is to be made when booking. Please ensure that you save your card on file as this protects me against no shows and your booking may be cancelled if this is not done. -No shows and cancellations within 24 hrs of the appointment will be required to pay the full price of the intended service. If this is not done then I will not book you in again. - Rearranging of appointments can take place upto 48 hrs of the original appointment . - Repairs, I offer free repairs within 7 days of your appointment unless any nails show signs of trauma, picking, or aftercare not being followed are not eligible for free repair. Refunds- refunds will only be considered after an in- person inspection. This will only be considered if an application fault is identified and cannot be rectified with a repair, this will only be a partialrefund NOT full and depends on how many nails are affected. Wear and tear, lifestyle factors and natural nail conditions are not considered faults. Declining an in person inspection means a refund will not be given. The £10 deposit is also not refundable. -We have a doggy and he may be around during your appointment. (Hes a Westie) -Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are late I might not have enough time to do what you want if I am back to back. -Only bring yourself as there is only space for the two of us - Please arrive with bare nails unless you have booked a soak off for any product on your nails from another nail tech -I accept cash or card and klarna but if you bring cash please bring the correct amount
