Getgellywithit

Deposits are required for each booking and they are non refundable. They are deducted from your total treatment price so there will be therefore be less to pay at your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, deposits can be transferred to your next appointment. (Unless within 48 hours of your appointment -more details below).

Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment & no shows will be charged 100% of your treatment price.

If cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of your treatment price (essentially, your deposit cannot be transferred to another appointment slot).

Any arrival 15 minutes or more than the scheduled appointment start time will be classed as a no show and charged in full. 

Please be understanding and considerate with this, it avoids no shows and late cancellations. It is just some financial reassurance/protection for me. 

Any nail fixes are free within the first 5 days, anything after that is £3 per nail.
