Gentle Glow Salon & Spa

To provide the best experience for all guests, please review and respect the following guidelines:
   •   Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
   •   No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
   •   Late arrivals: Arriving more than 5 minutes late for appointments under 30 minutes, or more than 15 minutes late for longer services, may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Why 48 hours?
Two full days give me time to reach clients on the waitlist or fill your spot, ensuring my schedule runs smoothly. Shorter notice (such as 24 hours) rarely allows someone else to plan and book.

A credit card is required when booking online to uphold these policies and protect the time reserved for you. A deposit (amount varies by service) is also required to secure your spot and will be applied toward your total. Deposits and prepaid appointments are non-refundable, but the dollar amount will be credited toward your next service if proper notice is given.

All fees must be paid before rebooking; appointments will be blocked until any balance is cleared.

Please note that under the referral policy, if a referred client fails to show for their appointment, they will be blocked from booking future appointments until payment is received. The client who referred them will also be blocked from booking. If you wish to book while the missed appointment remains unpaid, you will be responsible for covering the outstanding balance.

I understand that emergencies happen; however, you will still be required to pay for the full appointment. Thank you for valuing my time and supporting a small business that truly cares about every client.

Had a full leg and brazillian with the hard wax. The service provider was super thorough, comfortable, efficient and overall a great experience. My feedback would be as follows: (1) finding the location was difficult in the dark. The house numbers are in black  with no lights. The directions of a wooden fence were a bit confusing because the wooden fence isn't visible from the street, but the house next door has a wooden fence (almost went to the wrong place and walked into someone else's yard

Very welcoming, friendly. She was fast appreciated that she checks to see who you are doing. Without hesitation would recommend her.

This is truly one of the best places you could go! JJ offers a wide range of services and is incredibly knowledgeable in each one. She takes the time to educate you on how and why she’s doing things; something not many service providers take the time to do, which shows just how much she really knows her stuff. The waxing services are quick, yet never feel rushed. It’s so nice to have an affordable place that still delivers a luxurious experience. I couldn’t recommend Gentle Glow enough!

JJ is hands down the best waxer I’ve ever seen. She creates a space that’s both comfortable and efficient. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to educate you about the service, so you always feel confident. Her wall of certifications speaks for itself — she takes real pride in her craft and constantly updates her skills. Appointments are quick but never rushed. I had a wonderful experience at Gentle Glow Salon & Spa where I had the Strip Sugar full face & Birthday facial. The waxing was done gently and with great care — my skin felt so smooth afterwards. The birthday facial was the highlight: relaxing, hydrating, and left my skin glowing. J.J. was professional, kind, and attentive to my comfort throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend their services!
