Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled booking. Please arrive on time. Arriving 15 minutes late or more will be an automatic cancellation and your deposit will be lost.
